No Refund Policy for Registration

We appreciate your interest and participation in our conference. To ensure the best experience for all attendees and maintain the quality of our event, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before registering for the conference:

  • Non-Refundable Registrations: All conference registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal circumstances, travel issues, or changes in schedule.
  • No Credits for Future Events: We do not offer credits or transfers of registration fees to future events. Each registration is specific to the event for which it was purchased and cannot be applied to any other events, conferences, or activities hosted by our organization.
  • Transfer of Registration: While refunds are not available, we do allow the transfer of registration to another individual. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us at least 7 days before the conference. Please provide the full name and contact details of the person who will be taking your place.
