Department of Education’s Office of Indian Education (OIE)–Understanding Educational Technology Needs: Realities and Opportunities

The U.S. Office of Indian Education (OIE) is seeking stakeholder input to identify ways the OIE can better support and guide the Indian Education community to leverage the power of technology. The purpose of this opportunity is to hear, listen, and learn about promising practices and persistent barriers as they pertain to educational technology. This session is in partnership with the Office of Educational Technology (OET) who does tremendous work in this area. Hearing your input will also benefit efforts to address the digital divide and digital use divide. This session advances Secretarial Supplemental Priority 1(f) which is to increase the effective use of technology to advance evidence-based practices.
