In 2015, TSGAC submitted comments on the feasibility and advisability of the Indian Health Service and Tribal Health Programs entering into agreements with the VA for reimbursement of the costs of direct care services provided to eligible Veterans who are not American Indian or Alaska Native.
In 2015, TSGAC voiced strong support for expanding Medicare-Like Rates beyond hospital-based providers and noted that the IHS Proposed Rule is a good step towards achieving that goal.
