House Report 102 -320 – 1991 – Tribal Self-Governance Demonstration Project Act

Recommends passage with an amendment of H.R. 3394, the Tribal Self-Governance Demonstration Project Act of 1991, to amend the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act to extend and expand eligibility for the tribal self-governance demonstration project which allows Indian tribes to enter into agreements with the Department of Interior to enable the tribes to plan, consolidate, and administer programs traditionally governed by BIA.
