In 2015, TSGAC submitted a letter to IHS to confirm TSGAC’s understanding of IHS/TSGAC discussions on the eligibility of the Methamphetamine and Suicide Prevention Initiative (MSPI) and Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative (DVPI) funds for additional Contract Support Costs (CSC) funding.
