SGAC expects to receive full payment of CSC for the CARES Act allocation to Tribal Nations but requests that the Department of the Interior not use any portion of the CARES Act allocation to pay CSC. Rather, SGAC expects DOI to provide Congress with the amount the agency needs to fully pay CSC for the CARES Act allocation to Tribes so it can fully paid through a separate line item.
